To help make the experience of live theatre enjoyable for all of our patrons, please review and adhere to our standard theatre policies.

TICKET SALES: All ticket sales are final, no refunds.  Please contact the organization for special circumstances and not NMU EZ Tickets.

RECORDING DEVICES: The photographing, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance, or the possession of any such device inside the theater, without written consent of the management, is prohibited.  Violators may be punished by ejection from the theater - no refunds.

THEATRE SEATING: Doors to the lobby areas open at least one hour before curtain. Doors to the theatre open at least 30 minutes before curtain. Please plan to arrive in time to be seated. For the consideration of our patrons, we may not seat anyone is his/her regular seat while a performance is in progress. Latecomers will be seated on a seat-available basis at the rear of the house until the first appropriate performance break, as determined by the house manager.

CHILDREN: Everyone entering the theatre, age two and up, must have his/her own ticket. As a courtesy to other audience members please exercise discretion in bringing children to an evening performance. Regardless of age, any child attending should be able to sit quietly through a performance. Parents are asked to remove restless children from the theatre.

DISTRACTING NOISE: The use of cellular phones, pagers, radio or other such devices is not permitted in the theatre. Please make sure you turn your electronic devices off before attending a performance. Please refrain from inappropriate talking or unwrapping of candy wrappers during the performance.

SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in the theatre and on the grounds of Graveraet School by law.

REFRESHMENTS: Food and beverage are not allowed in the theatre.
